Parallel is the manufacturer of SatManage. SatManage was developed from our own experience of running a 24x7 Network Operations Centre (NOC). It's goal was to achieve a highly integrated, efficient and automated NOC with the highest level of customer satisfaction; a goal that has been achieved.

Our developers understand many programming languages and are also experts in VSAT communications and network management techniques. This has enabled the development of a truly intelligent solution that is satellite aware and uses the best programming language and techniques available. This was proven when we saw off competition from all the large vendors and stole the British Computer Society Award for Best System Software.

SatManage is far more than a Satellite Network Management System; it is a fully comprehensive suite of tools and modules that provide a full Network Operations Centre solution. The SatManage product suite is modular and all components are built on a completely open architecture enabling vast scalability and extensibility and integration. We actively encourage our customers to use our API's to develop their own modules, reports and processes. And where they get stuck we are always on hand to help and include this high level assistance as standard in our support and maintenance contracts.

We pride ourselves on our flexibility and ability to respond to customer requirements quickly and effectively. As a SatManage customer with a support contract you will never be asked to purchase an upgrade for your modules; we include this within the service and believe that there should be no differentiation between minor and major releases. All releases are upgraded within the service.
